I went to the jewellery shop upstairs to see if I could get a chain fixed for my mum, they said “no, but I recommend you go to Argyle downstairs, they should be able to fix it for you”. So I did, they quoted 2 hours, I walked around for an hour and a half and all of a sudden “beep” I got the message saying it was ready. Not only did they fix it before the time they quoted, they did a damn good job at it too, thank you Argyle!

I recently designed a custom engagement ring at Argyle. I worked with Bella from their team who made the whole process very easy and straightforward. Not only did the team at Argyle carefully crafted & designed a ring that went above & beyond my fiancés dream ring, Bella was incredible genuine, prompt and was always responsive which helped towards feeling well looked after! The amazing customer service & beautiful craftsmanship really added another level to this pivotal moment in my relationship & I would recommend anyone looking to design or buy an engagement ring to reach out to Bella & Argyle.

The clasp on my wife's necklace broke, and she kept asking me when I was going to get it fixed. Why? Because I don't know any local jewelers. The one we used years ago is no longer in business. I knew we had a trip to Garden City and asked her to give me her necklace in case we stumbled upon a jeweler. After ticking a few items off our To Do List, I remember this biggest item of them all.... get that necklace fixed! I googled jewelry repair and chose the highest rated shop in the mall. Argyle Jewelers was #1. I got directions from the central kiosk and made my way there. I was greeted by the bubbly and everso helpful Louise Gordon. I asked if they did jewelry repairs, to which she replied, "Yes!" John Jurgs, the owner, came over and inspected the necklace to confirm its karats and the repair that was needed. "It's going to need to be soddered." he said. Then he gave me the total price, to which I agreed. The repairs will be completed in a few days. Following 2 days, I returned to the shop as instructed. Louise saw me outside the door and immediately retrieved my item. Did I mention that they threw in cleaning on the necklace and corresponding pendent, too? Everything looked great. Was it cheap? No. Did I comparison shop? No. My wife's happiness was in limbo, and I'm not stupid! Sometimes, you just want things done right the first time, and this was one of those occasions. By the way, they have a wide selection of pink diamonds and in-house designed pieces adorned with those gems. If you're in the market for a custom piece or repairs, give them a visit!

It's always a pleasure to go to Argyle Jewellers. I've purchased a number of pieces for my wife, daughter and son when big occasions like birthdays or wedding anniversaries needed something special. Max and his team are always knowledgeable and helpful with choosing or designing something that stays within your budget and becomes something the family can treasure. I would highly recommend Max and the team at Argyle Jewellers.

My wife and I decided to get her engagement ring redesigned for our 10th wedding anniversary. Words cannot describe the amazing job Bella and the team at Argyle Jewellers did in designing and executing the vision my wife had. It exceeded all expectations and we both could not be happier with the service and final product. We are eagerly looking forward to now getting my wife's wedding ring redesigned with them.

5 stars isnt enough! The team at Argyle in Mount Gravatt have been amazing throughout my whole experience! I went in with a dream and yesterday my dream became reality. Louise was amazing from start to finish with helping me create my custom ring. She went above and beyond to source an amazing Sapphire and her customer service was absolutely impeccable. My fiance visited Argyle to prepare for the proposal, and Judy from the team was absolutely amazing. She supported him every step of the way, and thanks to her help, I had the most unforgettable and magical proposal of my life. Judy was super friendly and professional, and when I later visited the Garden City Argyle store to get my engagement ring resized, the rest of the staff were just as lovely and helpful. Everyone made the whole experience really special. I truly felt looked after every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend the Argyle Garden City store more. We’ll definitely be back for our wedding bands!
